Using the store. Use this website lawfully and provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information when placing an order. Do not interfere with the operation or security of the website or misuse its content.

Products and orders. Product descriptions, available options and prices appear on the product pages. We aim to present them accurately; colors and appearance may vary with screen settings. Availability can change. If an error or availability issue affects your order, we will contact you and arrange a correction or cancellation with a refund for amounts paid for any canceled items.

Prices and payment. Store prices are shown in US dollars unless the storefront indicates otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout before you submit payment. The total displayed at checkout applies to your submitted order.

Shipping and returns. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy describe delivery, returns, cancellation requests and refunds. Please review them before ordering.

Website content. BYDT names, artwork, text and other original website content belong to their respective owners. Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights in its design.

Privacy and external services. Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled. Payment providers and other linked services may also have their own terms and privacy policies.

Updates and customer rights. We may update these terms by publishing revised text. Updated terms apply prospectively and do not retroactively change an order already placed. These terms do not exclude or limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
