Refund policy

Build Your Dreaming Things (BYDT) is operated by HYE Achievements LLC.

30-day returns. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please include the original packaging where available and provide your order number or proof of purchase.

How to request a return. Email rhoward@buildyourdreamingthings.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Contact us before sending a return so we can identify and process it correctly.

Return shipping. For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. If we sent an incorrect item, or an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us with a description and any available photographs. BYDT will cover the necessary return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund, including applicable original shipping charges.

Refunds. After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. No restocking fee applies.

Exchanges. Contact us to arrange a return and replacement order. Replacement items depend on availability.

Order cancellation. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation depends on whether the order has already been processed or shipped.
